Email hello@taarolabs.com, or in the app go to Profile → Contact Support, which adds your app version for us.

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password. We email you a 6-digit code that works for 15 minutes.
I don't know my exact birth time. Choose an approximate time. Readings lean on your Moon, birth star and life periods, and tell you which parts need an exact time.
How many free questions do I get? Three, when you join. After that, questions are ₹49 each or cheaper in packs, and never expire. Your full reading, remedies and first three match reports are free.
A purchase didn't arrive. Email us with the date; Apple's receipt lets us restore it. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete my account. In the app: Profile → Delete account. Everything is deleted immediately.
